Exclusive: Intoxicated passenger delays flight landing before being apprehended by police
A flight from Kraków to Bristol descended into chaos when an intoxicated passenger refused to sit down, forcing the pilot to circle before landing on November 11, 2025. The incident, filmed by Kacper Bujak, shows the man arguing with stewards, swearing loudly, and resisting security as they attempted to remove him from his seat. According to Bujak, the same passenger had caused trouble on a previous Sunday flight from Bristol to Kraków, where he drank heavily, swore, and misbehaved inappropriately towards a young woman seated nearby. He also disrupted border control in Kraków. On the return flight, the man initially seemed calmer, even greeting Bujak with “Do you remember me?” But after drinking on board, his behaviour escalated. Passengers asked him to quiet down due to the children on the plane, sparking further arguments. Near landing, his refusal to sit forced the pilot to delay touchdown. “The man was loud most of the time,” Bujak explained to Newsflare. “As soon as he had a drink, he started his mischief and acting up.” The footage ends with passengers disembarking, but Bujak confirmed police took over an hour to remove the man, delaying the aircraft’s next scheduled flight to Kraków.
