Long-Tailed Macaques. Tolerant of humans and can form immense group sizes. Often mistaken for being cute and cuddly, until they decide you have something they want and go after it with nails that are like claws and large teeth. Common to get hepatitis from being bitten by them.
During Covid when these areas had no tourism these fellows didn't have as much food as usual and groups this size and larger started raiding shops and people in Cambodia.
